[1006] George D. married Miss Betty Christian, near Richmond (Va.). A few days after their marriage they moved to Calloway County (Ky.). Betty sent for her father to bring her and her two sons back to Virginia as she wished him to help her raise them after George died. Thy had only reached Ganly Bridge in West Virginia when Christian broke out with the measles and he only lived three days.
